Journaling and bullet journaling can be therapeutic endeavors to lower your stress, release your creativity, and track your habits. In this informal and fun workshop, let’s start a journal that can combine your calendar, planner, goal-setting, and lists to focus on your creativity and individuality. Bullet journals are very personal items, so please bring your own journal, notebook, sketchbook, diary, or whatever you would like to use for your own custom bullet journal. The instructor will provide bullet-printed paper for practice, plus pens, stickers, and lots of ideas and inspiration for you to get started. If you have a bullet journal, please bring it for show-and-tell.
