DESCRIPTION:Middle River twists and turns its way through Pammel Park leaving behind several accessible sandbars. These sandbars are geological gold mines with each piece of deposited limestone featuring one of a kind fossils. Old clothes and shoes that can get wet are a must for this event. In the event of warm weather\, there will be an opportunity for shallow creek stomping south of the Pammel Park Ford. Fossil hunters should meet at the parking area on the West side of the Pammel Park Ford at 6:00 pm on October 17th.
