Clanton Creek Natural Resource Area "Walk-About"
Join Natural Resource Specialist , Steve Pearson, on a walking tour of our largest County area (1100 acres) Clanton Creek Natural Resource Area and view recent habitat management improvement projects aimed at Oak-Savanna restoration as well as restoration initiatives for prairie and other woodland ecosystems. Meet at 10:00am at the Conservation Board headquarters just south of Winterset. Advanced registration would be appreciated.
