Menu includes appetizers (charcuterie station, flat breads, lavash and meats, boursin stuffed mushrooms, parmigiana pear cheesecake with crackers), main course (beef tenderloin deburgo & chicken spedeni, lobster and shrimp cajun pasta, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, mixed greens with candied pecans, strawberries and sweet miso dressing, plus rolls and butter), and dessert (red velvet cake and white almond raspberry cheesecake)
Raffle tickets: $100 each
Multiple winners with 50% payout
Minimum winner $200 - Maximum winner $4,000
