Start Somewhere Wa1K
The annual Start Somewhere Wa1K will take place Wednesday, October 4 with a theme of "Walk Around the Clock" based on the 1954 hit by Bill Haley & His Comets. Starting at noon, participants will be encouraged to walk around the courthouse square (The Clock) twice to complete a 1K walk. There will be treats for the participants, and merchants will join in on the fun. Enjoy 50s music playing from the courthouse too!
This event is co-sponsored by Madison County Public Health, Montross Pharmacy, Fareway, Hy-Vee, and Madison County Health Care System.
