Lumberjack Design Co is seeking a versatile and creative individual to fill the role of Custom T-Shirt Sales Representative & Graphic Designer.

As part of our team, you will play a dual role in driving sales for our custom screenprinted t-shirts while also contributing your artistic expertise to create captivating and personalized designs for our clients. Sales and Customer Engagement:
Engage with clients to understand their custom t-shirt requirements and provide expert advice on design concepts, color choices, and fabric options.
Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial consultation to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, effectively contributing to sales targets.
Graphic Design:
Create original and visually striking designs for custom t-shirts that align with clients' preferences and branding.
Collaborate closely with customers to transform their ideas into visually appealing concepts, utilizing your artistic flair and design skills.
Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs, ensuring the end product exceeds expectations.
Quoting and Proposal:
Prepare accurate and transparent quotes for custom t-shirt orders, outlining pricing and services clearly to clients.
Provide detailed proposals that showcase design ideas and concepts, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' vision.
Order Management:
Manage the end-to-end order process, from design approval to production coordination and delivery scheduling.
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the process, keeping them informed about their order's progress.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the custom merchandise or apparel industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility in creating captivating visuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
Ability to balance design creativity with commercial considerations to meet customer needs.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with screenprinting processes is a plus, but not required.
