We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leather Patch Hat Sewer and Embroidery Department Operator. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by sewing leather patches onto hats and overseeing the embroidery department. Your expertise in sewing, precision, and attention to detail will contribute to the high-quality products that our brand is known for.

Qualifications:

Experience in sewing, particularly with leather and delicate fabrics a plus but willing to teach the right person.

Familiarity with operating embroidery machines and related software.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret design specifications and follow instructions accurately.

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet production deadlines.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities, must have a good personality!
