About Us

As an Edward Jones financial advisor, I believe it’s important to invest my time to understand what you’re working toward before you invest your money. Working closely with you and your CPA, attorney and other professionals, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategy for you and your family. I can also help with your retirement savings strategy so you have more options when you retire, regardless of what you decide to do.

In 2003, I joined Edward Jones as a branch office administrator, and became a limited partner with the firm in 2009. After becoming a financial advisor, I opened the third branch office in Winterset in 2017. My goal is to build a long-lasting, trusted and meaningful relationship, and partner together to help you achieve what is important to you.

I earned a bachelor of science degree in family and consumer sciences from the University of Arizona in 1990. My husband, Doug, and I were married that year and have two daughters, Shelby and Darby. Shelby is married to Sean Coen and is obtaining her PhD in clinical psychology from The Ohio State University. Darby is earning a doctorate of pharmacy degree at Drake University. Doug is a teacher at Winterset High School. We have lived in Winterset for 18 years and are proud to call it home.
